OCC Member Directory was recently updated (Sept 20, 2022) to list a new Clearing Member, Embed Clearing LLC (https://embed.com/), authorized for Equity Options & Index Options.
Apologies I don’t have a lot of time at the moment so I could only do a quick search. It looks like Embed Clearing may be affiliated with FTX:
