Where is the ACLU?

Given that we are in the middle of the worst attack on Civil Liberties in our lifetime right now, we
should be asking “where is the American Civil Liberties Union”? They seem to be conspicuously
absent. A general search on “ACLU sues Covid” pulls up nothing except a single suit against a prison,
and that story is selling Covid as real. And if we go to the ACLU's website, we find a huge banner
across the top begging for donations based on the BLM and George Floyd fakes. It is titled Demand
Justice Now, and tells us black people are being murdered by police “with near impunity”. Strange,
since I was under the impression the ACLU was an organization of lawyers, and last time I checked,
the trials against Floyd's alleged murderers had not come to a conclusion. In fact, they haven't even
begun. And yet these legal experts at the ACLU have apparently pre-judged the evidence, based only
on reports in the media. Um, fellas, you aren't supposed to do that. Remember year one, class one, in
law school? If we are going to decide these cases in the media, lawyers aren't really necessary, are
they? You people would be out of a job. 
Come to think of it, I guess you already were out of a job, since that is the way things do work, and
have for a long time. So once you popped out of law school, your only choice was to take a job
working for the man, or to find another career. 
What any rational person would expect at a time like this is a flurry of ACLU lawsuits against the
government for trying to govern without legislatures. Covid lockdown orders have come from State
Governors, who—according to all Federal and State laws and constitutions—are not qualified to make
laws. They execute laws, they do not make them. It is highly unconstitutional and illegal to govern via
executive orders, even during times of emergency. Yes, there are laws on the books allowing for
emergency orders in times of great crisis, but those powers are very limited, especially regarding time
frames. State legislatures are expected to meet immediately in times of crisis, validating any executive
orders by turning them into enforceable laws. That has not happened. Therefore, all these executive
orders by Governors are null and void. The lawyers at the ACLU must know this, so why are they
sitting on that information? Why are they choosing to push media stories like BLM instead? I think
we know why. The ACLU is in the pocket of the usual suspects. 
I have told you before that the ACLU is another fake, but since I only stated that in passing, with little
evidence, I will prove it more detail now. 
To start with, the ACLU was founded in 1920 by a bevy of prominent Jews, including Roger Nash
Baldwin, Crystal Eastman, Arthur Garfield Hays, Morris Ernst, Jane Addams, Feliz Frankfurter,
Elizabeth Gurley Flynn, and Rose Schneiderman. Let's hit them one by one. 
Baldwin was a Nash via his mother, and we have already hit them several times. See my paper on John
Nash. Baldwin's wife was a Zabinsky Doty, linking us to the famous Zabinskys who allegedly
sheltered many Jews from the Holocaust. Except that. . . Antonia Zabinsky was really an Erdmann.
We just hit them in my paper on the Hindenberg, since the Erdmanns were not only Jewish Nazi
generals during WWII, earlier they were Princes von Sachsen-Weissenfeld. Baldwin's grandfather was
Israel Nash, and these Nashes come from the founders of Plymouth, related to the Dyers, Reeds,
Holbrooks, Cushings, Burgesses, Kingmans, etc. Also related to the players in the Salem Witch trials.
On his father's side, Baldwin was a Chaffee, Carpenter, Bowen, Walker, Eddy, Mason, Aldrich, and
Eldred, also taking us back to Salem. In fact, Baldwin's direct ancestor is Elizabeth Eldred, wife of
Samuel Parris, the eye of the fake storm in Salem. Baldwin was the ACLU's first director, and
remained their top man for 30 years. He was involved in the Scopes trial, which was faked, and the
Sacco and Vanzetti trial, ditto. 
I have previously shown the Sacco and Vanzetti event was a fake, but only in passing. Let's hit it with
a bit more gusto here. To start with, these two guys were supposed to be Italian anarchists, protégés of
Luigi Galleani. 

Note the hand position. By himself, he is enough to blow this whole thing wide open. For starters,
they have purposely misspelled his name, to throw us off. The Italians don't spell that way. The
spelling is Galliani. We are given no parents or early bio for him, but are assured he was from modest
means. Unlikely, since the Gallianis are upper nobility, and have been for a long time. Check the
British peerage, where you will find they married with the Marchesi Ferrero di Gubernatis Ventimiglia
(Marquesses of Ferrero) in about 1985. These Marquesses come from Savoy, linking us to the Kings
of Italy, including Victor Emmanuel III. This also linked them to the Counts of Cavalli d'Olivola and
the Barons of Nasi. Note the Nasi, which is not just accidentally close to Nazi. It also linked them to
the Agnelli, the Counts of Camerana and the Wolfs. The Agnelli link us immediately to the Bourbons
del Monte, Princes of San Faustino. The Galliani also became rulers of Peru, which we recently
covered. See Guillermo Galliani, major general and Prime Minister of Peru in the 1970s. Currently,
the Galliani are still prominent in Italy, see for example Adriano Galliani, Senator and CEO of AC
Milan. 
Galleani's bio is one long red flag. He came out of the law school of the University of Turin. He fled
to France, where he was a protégé of the crypto-Jewish Élisée Reclus, another obvious spook hiding
behind a fake name. He came from a long line of fake Protestants, anarchists and transparent agents.
Élisée's father was director of the National Library during the Paris Commune of 1871. Although
allegedly to be a revolutionary, he was never seriously inconvenienced for his actions. Instead, he
remained a prominent scientist his whole life, living to old age. He was the mentor of Lord Fairfield,
father of British spook Rebecca West, so we link to that can of worms as well. She was a top writer
during and after WWII, selling fictionalized accounts of the Nuremberg Trials, the trial of William
Joyce, and many others. She was the lover or beard of H. G. Wells. Reclus' son took up where he left
off, but geography was his cover rather than ethnography. Élisée studied at the University of Berlin,
then served in the National Guard during the Paris Commune. Sort of strange for an anarchist, no?
You will tell me the National Guard was in open revolt, but that is just another fake, another instance of
controlling the opposition. For this open revolt by a soldier in uniform, Reclus was only deported.
Right. He moved to Switzerland and started the anti-marriage movement, proving his spookhood
forever. For more proof, we are told he was arrested by the French with Kropotkin in 1882, but
although Kropotkin was sentenced to five years, Reclus skated completely. That's tidy. 
At age 33, Galleani returned to Italy, where he was immediately arrested and sentenced to five years
for conspiracy. And where did they imprison this dangerous conspirator? On the idyllic island of
Pantelleria, where he was never in a prison. He was only “in exile”. While there he got married and
had kids. You know, as you do in jail. He allegedly escaped from Pantelleria, I guess by just hailing a
boat, and went to the US. Within a year he was indicted for inciting a riot, but fled to Canada. We are
told the Canadians immediately expelled him, but just left him at the border. Really? They didn't
check to see if he was wanted by US authorities, handing him over them? Instead, he just walked to
Barre, Vermont, starting over where he left off, and not even changing his name. He was never
inconvenienced for that indictment. For 15 years he promoted armed uprising against the US, and was
left alone until 1918. At that time they shut his magazine down. A year later, his followers initiated a
wave of fake bombings in DC and elsewhere, leading to the famous Red Scare, but Galleani was only
deported to Italy. Although 40 bombs allegedly went off in April and June of that year, killing several
people, seriously injuring Senator Hardwick's wife, and destroying US Attorney General Palmer's
house, no one went to trial. They allegedly arrested 10,000 people, detained 3,500, and deported 556,
but convicted zero. 
Galleani allegedly continued his antics in Italy, where he was prosecuted by Mussolini for sedition. He
got another 14 months on the vacation island of Pantelleria. He lived to age 70, never seriously
inconvenienced for being one of the top anarchists in the world, and the foremost proponent of
“propaganda of the deed”. 
Given that, there is no way you should believe anything you have read about Sacco and Vanzetti.
Somehow the government managed to spin this simple payroll robbery, where two guards were
allegedly killed, into seven years of sensational trials and headlines. To achieve what? To keep its
audience's eyes off other things, mainly, but also to blackwash leftists, republicans, labor unions, and
all agitators for positive change. Anyone who stood up against the powers-that-be anywhere, for any
reason, could be painted as an anarchist and dismissed out of hand as a potential murderer. 
OK, back to the ACLU. We are told Baldwin was greatly influenced by Emma Goldman, another
Jewish agent I have briefly covered. She allegedly conspired to murder Henry Frick, but skated. She
was involved in a series of obvious fakes. In the 1920s, Baldwin joined the IWW, another spook front.
I hit that in my paper on Eugene Debs. Baldwin was involved in many of those fake trials, often
working with fellow agent and fraud Clarence Darrow. In 1927 Baldwin allegedly visited Russia and
wrote the ridiculous book Liberty under the Soviets, promoting the idyll that was Leninism and
Stalinism. Of course he was later forced to turn 180 degrees, like all his comrades, on orders from his
handlers. In the 1940s he had to pretend to jettison all Communists from the ACLU, a risible idea on
many levels. 
For the next joke, we get this
In 1947, General Douglas MacArthur invited him to Japan to foster the growth of civil
liberties in that country. 
Yes, Civil Liberties are always best built on a widespread firebombing and (alleged) nuking
beforehand. 
Baldwin was elected a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, and was later given the
Medal of Freedom by President Carter—telling us once again what to think of those “honors”. 
Crystal Eastman was the sister of Max Eastman, whom I have already pretty thoroughly outed in
several papers, including the Debs paper. Their mother Anna was a Ford. She is completely scrubbed
at Geni and Findagrave. Anna was allegedly an ordained minister of the American Congregationalists,
but we have seen that means nothing. The favorite pastime of the wealthy Phoenicians is pretending to
be priests and other ministers, using their created positions to infiltrate and blow Christianity from the
inside out. She was a friend of Mark Twain, yet another black mark on his bio. Crystal got her start
out of college working for the Russell Sage Foundation, founded by the wife of a railroad tycoon who
was a partner of Jay Gould. The Sage Foundation, like all the others, claims to be concerned for the
welfare of the poor, but is really concerned about the welfare of the very rich. Funny how these rich
foundations have been working on the problem for decades, but never make any progress. Despite all
their “best intentions”, they just make the problem worse. 
Crystal was more successful in selling her “free-love idealism”, since she had Hollywood backing her
up there. In 1916 she married Robert Gladstone Fuller, a British editor related to Prime Minister
Gladstone—who was also Chancellor of the Exchequer. Fuller was also related to the prominent
Fullers in the US, whom we have studied extensively. He was sent to the US to help spearhead the
fake war resistance, which of course was opposition control. It created fake protestors who were then
sentenced to fake terms in prison, to ensure compliance. See the Debs paper again. Like her brother,
Crystal also promoted the fake Communist movement here, tying it to the Feminist movement in the
hopes of blackwashing it. 
Arthur Garfield Hays didn't accidentally have the names of three different Presidents. But,
interestingly, they do admit he was Jewish on both sides. He came from a family of wealthy clothing
merchants. He was general council for the ACLU from its founding, and was involved in Scopes and
Sacco and Vanzetti. Curiously, they admit he kept up a sort of double life, working part-time for the
ACLU, but representing the rich and powerful in his private practice—including Wall Street bigwigs
and notorious gamblers. He was head of Hays, Kaufmann and Lindheim. I don't see how to reconcile
that, except in the way I am telling you: the ACLU was a fake. 
We see this again in the Carillo and Greco case of 1927, where Hays worked with Darrow defending
two anti-fascists who allegedly killed two guys dressed in fascist clothing. Fascist clothing? What,
like these gay boys? 


Carillo and Greco were acquitted in just eight hours, says the New York Times headline of Christmas
Eve. For some reason, they have to tell us later it was exactly seven hours, 56 minutes. Why would
they need to tell us that? Because it adds to. . . 18. Charges had been pressed in this case by the Fascist
League of North America, led by the Marchese (Marquess) Thaon di Revel, a Savoyard like Victor
Emmanuel II. He had been an Italian admiral during WWI and was called by Mussolini Duke of the
Sea. He was Mussolini's Minister of the Navy. Except that. . . none of these people are what we have
been sold. See my paper on Mussolini, where we found it admitted in the mainstream that Mussolini
had been installed by MI5 and British peers, including the Viscount Templewood, Samuel Hoare. And
behind Hoare was Barclays Bank. As for the nobles of Savoy, including the King, they were not
French, but Jewish invaders from Germany and Poland. Everything in Italy between the Wars was
manufactured, so we know this story in New York was also manufactured by the same people. 
Just so you know, John dos Passos wrote an open letter with Michael Gold and John Howard Lawson
publicizing this fake, ending with “Mussolini must not be allowed to frame-up workers in America”.
So, as you see, this fake trial was just part of the long lead-up to the well-planned WWII, where the
fake fascist actors of Germany and Italy would be the outrageous enemy. All this was to keep the
world's eyes off the real fascists: the bankers and other billionaires and trillionaires sucking all the
economies of the world dry. Just like now. It was also to divert the world's attention away from the
whopping fiscal crimes of WWI, which in the 1920s many people were becoming aware of. In that war
the capitalists had raped large parts of Europe and Asia with a war as cover, but many were seeing
through that cover. So a truly astonishing number of fake events had to be run in the 20s and 30s to
divert attention and “move people on”. Just like now.
The fascists allegedly killed in New York, Carisi and Amorroso, were said to be in a fascist parade, but
they were stabbed at 7:45am. Who schedules a fascist parade in the Bronx for 7:30am? To get there
from Manhattan you would have to wake up at 5am. You may also want to think of this event as a
precursor to the later Operation Gladio of the 1960s, mostly in Italy, in which various mayhem was
sold at the time as the work of violent leftist instigators, but which was later admitted to be the work of
American, British, and Italian Intelligence. As we are seeing, the entire 20th century was one long
stageplay scripted by Western Intelligence. 
In this story from the International Labor Defense, 1927, we are told (p. 18) that admiral Di Revel was
at Fordham Hospital in New York on the day the murders occurred, checking on the patients. Oops!

Are we supposed to believe Di Revel just happened to be in New York that day? That's convenient,
isn't it? There, we learn that Carisi and Amorroso were actually Italian Secret Service agents sent to
America by Mussolini himself. So we are supposed to believe these garment workers, Carillo and
Greco, just happened to stab to death two Secret Service agents, out of all the people at this parade?
What are the odds? 
Given that, we should revisit the Ponce Massacre of Puerto Rico, which Hays investigated as head of
the Hays Commission in 1937. I don't have time to hit the event fully, but I will point out a couple of
things. One, the symbol of the Nationalist Party, led by Albizu Campos, was this cross:
So you might start by asking yourself why that was chosen. That is a Jerusalem Cross, used by the
Kingdom of Jerusalem we have run across in many papers. So it seems like a strange flag for the
Nationalist party of Puerto Rico. We also get the usual numerology, where either 18 or 19 people died
in the massacre. Campos is from very wealthy and connected families, including Walkers, and had
been an officer in the US military. He graduated from Harvard, where he was President of the
Cosmopolitan Club and founded the Knights of Columbus chapter. In 1950, the Nationalists were
attacked in a barbershop in Santurce by the National Guard on . . . Halloween. The firefight was
broadcast live on the radio, and it turns out there was only one guy inside holding off 40 police and
military. Yeah. This guy Vidal Santiago Diaz was allegedly was shot five times, including once in the
head, but survived and lived until 1982. 
Hays also worked on the trials of the Scottsboro Boys, indicating to me that was also faked. Their lead
counsellors were Leibowitz and Brodsky, doubling that bet. The Communist Party bankrolled the
appeal, tripling that bet. 
Now for Jane Addams. Her mother was a Weber. Her father John Huy Addams was another railroad
tycoon and bank president, who became an 8-term Illinois State Senator and friend of Abe Lincoln.
He was descended from Penns and was related to Reeds, Townsends, Peytons, and Eckerts. Also
descended from Johann Melchior Roudt of Rheinland-Pfalz. Also from Isaacs van der Graff, linking us
to Dutch nobility in the 1700s. These Addams were originally Adams from Ipswich, Essex (also
Salem), which does indeed link us to the Presidents Adams. It also links us to the Coffeys, as well as to
the Kemps, Baronets of Gissing. Jane's stepmother was a Haldeman. 
Jane was one of the founders of Hull House in Chicago in 1889, basically a house and hotel for lesbians
from these wealthy families. She lived there with her galpal Ellen Gates Starr. It included a bathhouse.

It expanded quickly over the years, and one of its alleged goals was teaching young children.
However, very soon these ladies were investigating child prostitution and writing about it. Don't know
about you, but to me that throws up a black flag. They also taught art there, and I remind you art was
being killed on purpose in that period. Although Addams was called the Mother of the Nation, she was
not a mother. Although she was called a Social Christian, she was not religious. Hull House was
stridently secular and humanist. She won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1931, pretty much proving she was
a spook. 

OK, now Felix Frankfurter. He was Jewish, the son in a long line of rabbis. All the women in his
lines at Geni are scrubbed. His Frankfurter line also ends very quickly, after going back to Hungary.
Wikitree scrubs him immediately. Pretty strange for a recent famous Supreme Court Justice. After
graduating from Harvard Law and working for a short time in Washington, Frankfurter found that
Harvard had created a position for him, with his chair manufactured and funded by. . . Jacob Schiff. So
there you go. That is all you need to know. He was Schiff's weenie after that. Also interesting to
discover Frankfurter came in on the ground level of the New Republic magazine, another fascist font
pretending to be progressive. It was founded by Walter Lippmann, remember, and was funded by the
billionaires, including Dorothy Payne Whitney. But she was just a female front for her father, William
Collins Whitney, Secretary of the Navy, and her uncle Oliver Hazard Payne, treasurer of Standard Oil.
If you think they were progressive, you need to loosen the straps on your facemask. 
Here he is with his wife, Marion Denman:
Yes, he was about five feet tall and she had a huge Habsburg jaw. Geni tells us she was an Opp on her
mother's side, which I would guess is a purposeful slur of . . . Oppenheimer, meaning she comes from
the big banks. That would explain a lot here. She is also a Wilson. That would link the Wilsons to the
Oppenheimers, possibly explaining why Woodrow Wilson's genealogy is so well scrubbed. Only four
of his great-grandparents are listed. Woodrow Wilson's daughter married a Bowes Sayre, remember,
indicating he was Jewish and probably related to the Queen though the name Bowes. But they never
tell you that. What we do know is the Woodrow Wilson was a Ruggles, a Randolph, a Morton, a
Fulton, and an Adams. So he was a Phoenician like the rest. 
During the First War, Frankfurter, at age 34, became Judge Advocate General under the Secretary of
War Newton Diehl Baker. In this position he was involved in the fake event known as the Preparedness
Day Bombing that we have looked at before. This was to blackwash labor, since two labor leaders,
Thomas Mooney and Warren Billings, were convicted and sentenced to death for bombing a war
parade. But since these guys were obvious Intel plants, you shouldn't believe that story for a second.
Note the name Billings, as in Lem Billings, JFK's lover and handler. The Billings family was involved
in a long line of fakes over the years. Same for the Mooneys. They admit Billings and Mooney were
denied counsel for the grand jury, and weren't even allowed to shower or shave. So you should already
know it was fake. They refused to testify, playing their parts perfectly. Among their co-defendants
was Israel Weinberg. Any questions? 22 years later they were both pardoned, but it didn't really
matter since they had never been in jail. And it really didn't matter because the damage at the time to
labor had already been done. The government wanted the public to see labor as a motley crew of
dissidents and unwashed murderers, and the fake event did that job perfectly. In this event, Frankfurter
played the part of the controlled opposition, arguing that Mooney had been framed. Of course he was
ignored. And of course he never argued that the whole thing was a fake. So labor was blackwashed
either way. We are told Frankfurter sympathized with labor and the little guy, but it was just the usual
act. Frankfurter never did the little guy any good, so his personal feelings don't really matter. 
Frankfurter became a leading Zionist, supporting the Balfour Declaration. 
In the 1920s, Frankfurter played the part of J. Edgar Hoover's foil, with Hoover calling him the most
dangerous man in America. You have to laugh. Jacob Schiff's doggie: the most dangerous man in
America. Can you really imagine that a “disseminator of Bolshevik propaganda” would get appointed
to the Supreme Court by Franklin Roosevelt? Can you really imagine the Judge Advocate General of
the US in 1917 becoming a Bolshevik just a few years later? The things they expect us to believe! 
Also remember that Teddy Roosevelt joined Hoover in calling Frankfurter a Bolshevik in the 1920s.
That's comedy theater, considering that Teddy's nephew Franklin is the one who appointed Frankfurter
to the Supreme Court. 
Morris Ernst was one of the ACLU's top lawyers in the 40s and 50s. He was also a big fan of Hoover
and the FBI. That makes sense, right? Well. . . no. Although the ACLU was alleged founded by
Communists or “Bolsheviks”, by 1940 it was banning Communists from working there. This was
mainly at the behest of Ernst, who became head of the ACLU in 1940. We are told this banning of
Communists made sense based on a distinction between rights of the individual and rights of the group.
What? Are you telling me it wasn't just based on current politics, and the fact that the ACLU was
owned by the same people that owned everything else? It wasn't based on the fact the ACLU was
owned by the Schiffs and Whitneys and Paynes and Rockefellers? It wasn't based on the fact that it
was expedient for the ACLU to appear to be Communist in 1920, but anti-Communist in 1940? 
Elizabeth Gurley Flynn, a cousin of later Helen Gurley Brown, allegedly joined the IWW in 1907 at
age 17. They admit Flynn was arrested at least ten times over the next six years, but never convicted of
anything. That's tidy. All these events were manufactured to blackwash the IWW, and through it
labor. This includes the miner event that led to Flynn's expulsion from the IWW. This event not only
blackwashed labor and miners, it split the IWW. It was all about created division, as now. Flynn
joined the Communist Party in 1936, which led to her expulsion from the ACLU. It didn't matter,
because Flynn's main project was Communism, not fake Civil Rights. She helped preside over the
faked events of 1948-50, when a dozen CPUSA leaders were arrested under the Smith Act for sedition.
See the fake Foley Square trial, upheld by the Supremes. These were a theatric precursor of the later
Chicago Seven trials, and also included major courtroom antics, huge media coverage, multiple
contempt of court jailings, and so on. All five defense attorneys were allegedly sent to jail for
contempt, and two were allegedly disbarred. But since they were just actors, we know they weren't in
jail for a second. 
These trials were basically spin-offs of the scripted HUAC hearings and the fake Hollywood-10
hearings. But Hoover wanted to film his stories in court rather than in front of Congress. I guess he
thought that would make them look more real, I don't know. 
All you have to do is study a list of the defendants to see what a farce this was. We will start with John
Gates, real name Solomon Regenstreif, a Jew with Polish parents. He had previously been involved in
the Scottsboro Boys fake. He allegedly fought in the Spanish Civil War, alongside Hemingway I
guess, becoming a political commissar (battalion leader) in his early 20s. He joined the US Army in
1941, and must have come in as an officer. My guess he was still an officer, perhaps with Intelligence,
when he was arrested in 1948 in this Communist fiasco. Since this was seven years later and he was by
then 35, he may have been a major or even a colonel. Let us guess lieutenant colonel. He allegedly
spent five years in prison, which is a ridiculously short term for either sedition or treason. But we can
be sure he didn't serve a minute of it. He immediately became editor of the Daily Worker when he “got
out”, so I guess he didn't learn his lesson. But the project against Communism had been so successful
he had to close up shop in 1958. This didn't keep him from appearing on TV with Mike Wallace,
reading endlessly from the usual scripts. Do you want to guess when that interview appeared? January
18, 1958. Aces and eights. Chai. 
Let's do another one from the list of defendants. Eugene Dennis, real name Francis Xavier Waldron,
born August 10, aces and eights. 

Just look at that guy! He was supposed to be the Communist Party general secretary. Sounds like a
peerage name, doesn't it? That's because it is. The Waldrons have 42 listings there, where they are
related to the Skipwith baronets, Kemps, Peytons, Warners, Townshends, Windsors, Leighs, Brownes,
and the Princes Dolgorouky. We saw a lot of those names above. The Skipwiths were also linked to
Mecklenburg Country, Virginia, and several of those other names link us to Jane Addams, above. The
Princes Dolgorouky were the Dolgoroukovs, Princes of Russia and cousins of the Romanovs. One of
them was the wife of Alexander II. Another was the wife of Peter II. Madame Blavatsky was a
Dolgorukov, which means Waldron was probably one of her cousins. 
The Waldrons are also related to the Taylours, Marquesses of Headfort and Earls of Bective. This also
links us to the Hills, Marquesses of Downshire, and the Windsors, Earls of Plymouth. They link us to
the Sackvilles, Dukes of Dorset and Earls de la Warre. 
Just as interesting is that they now admit at Wikipedia on his page that Waldron was connected to the
OSS and the Office of War Information. In the now declassified transcripts of the Venona project,
Waldron is named as a contact for Communists embedded in the OSS. But whether or not they were
Communists doesn't matter to us here. What matters is that the government has now admitted Waldron
had contacts in the OSS, proving he was a spook or asset of some sort. But we already knew that. 

Anyway, Elizabeth Gurley Flynn was arrested in a second round of fake Communist trials in 1951, and
allegedly was convicted. She supposedly spent two years in a minimum security all-female prison
“camp” in Alderson, West Virginia. Again, a ridiculous sentence for either sedition or treason. 
Next, I invite you to visit the ACLU's current political positions. They include opposing limits to
political and campaign spending, and supporting more political speech rights for corporations. That's
so cosy, right? Corporations really need more rights, don't they? Tell me the ACLU isn't still in the
pocket of the very wealthy. 
The ACLU thinks that possessing child porn is protected by a right to privacy. Really? I don't see how
they can justify that stance in the current political climate, or any political climate. But especially now,
after the Epstein case, and pedophilia being all over the news. In this, the ACLU just looks like a
blocker for the very wealthy once again, who would seem to want to be free to possess child porn. 
The ACLU has admitted that some forms of free speech are a “low priority” for them, including speech
that may impede equality. What? So I guess they aren't going to be defending any Holocaust deniers
or any other deniers. 
The ACLU believes the right to own guns is not an individual right. 
The ACLU supports Women's rights and Minority rights, which should be a good thing. Except that,
as we have seen, it isn't. The ACLU is used to promote government and media fakes like BLM,
#MeToo, and many other scripted projects, which seem to be about women's rights or minority rights,
but which are really about creating division, splitting the sexes, and subsidizing the very rich. 
So if you are a vocal liberal like me and you think that supporting the ACLU is a good thing, you may
want to revisit that opinion. The ACLU is not what you think it is. We are told that fundraising and
membership in the ACLU spiked after the election of Trump, but those who think supporting the
ACLU is a good way to resist Trump or the Republican party may wish to revisit that decision. Both
Trump and the ACLU are owned by the same people. They are two equivalent cakes with slightly
different frosting. 
The bottom line is the point I led with above: the ACLU isn't doing anything right now to protect our
Civil Liberties, therefore it is less than useless. If the Federal and State governments can suspend the
Constitution over a fake virus and the ACLU doesn't even lift a finger to prevent it, instead promoting
these government projects, we know them for who they are. 
I trust you noticed I have just critiqued the ACLU in a way no one else has. Normally, the ACLU is
attacked from the right, by conservatives. I am not a conservative. I have just attacked the ACLU
from the left. I am a real leftist and revolutionary, so I don't like being blackwashed, stalled, and
blocked by fake leftists like those at the ACLU. As I showed you, the problem is that the ACLU was
founded and bankrolled by the usual wealthy old families, and those families are not interested in
equality, equal rights, or equal opportunity. They are interested in maintaining their hegemony. But to
do that, they learned early on they need to control their opposition. So they assign their sons and
daughters to these projects, where they infiltrate the enemy and completely co-opt his position. All
these people are rich kids pretending to be leftists of some kind. They pretend to be Communists or
Maoists or anarchists or anti-fascists or anarcho-syndicalists or progressives or environmentalists or a
thousand other things, but it is all an act. When we look closer, we realize it is all theater, and both the
left and the right are played by actors from the far right. By far right, I don't mean Christian
fundamentalists or MAGA people or Neo-Nazis or Tea Party-ers. I mean the very wealthy, old money
families that have always run the world. They aren't interested in a meritocracy, because they have
always prospered through a plutocracy/bloodlines system, where they are guaranteed the first seats at
the table, no matter how incompetent or soulless they may be. But they realized a long time ago they
needed to create and staff these fake organizations like the ACLU, because that fools average people
into thinking progress is being made. It fools people into thinking selfless heroes are fighting for our
rights, often without pay. It fools them into thinking we have voting rights, or a representative
democracy, or a working Constitution. When we don't. The ACLU is just another part of the
smokescreen, glued in place to prevent anything real from ever happening. 
As a consumer of the news, you think millions of things are happening each day, too many to follow.
You think every side of every argument is filled to the brim with active and semi-intelligent people,
pressing their interests. But in reality, almost nothing is happening. All those people and all those
events are manufactured, for the express purpose of confusing you and keeping you from doing
something. You are watching a very active movie, to prevent you from being active. You figure it is
already being done, so you can just watch and wait. 
But nothing is being done. Nothing real is happening. Nothing real has happened for ages. The fakes
just get more and more fantastic. If aliens landed and outlawed fake events, all news would dry up.
Billions of people would just be sitting around waiting for something to happen. But nothing would.
The only real thing that would continue to happen is the rich would continue to steal from the treasuries
in broad daylight, with their grubby little hands, but with no fake events to cover it, it would become
obvious. If people could then remember how to get up from the couch and say no, it might end. But it
is doubtful they would, even then. People have forgotten how to do anything but steal from eachother
and watch things. They don't know how to say no anymore. 
That's what this Corona test was about, remember? The Phoenicians wanted to see just how far gone
you are. So they decided to manufacture a huge fiction, then hit you with a bunch of ridiculous orders
to accompany it. It was like the one-dollar bet in Trading Places. One old rich guy bet another one
that he could get everyone in the world to wear a surgeon's mask, without even passing a law. He
would just order the governors to tell people to do it. And they did. With no law passed, no coercion,
no gun to anyone's head, no troops on the streets. 
It reminds me of the old “If someone told you to jump off a cliff, would you do it?” The Phoenicians
are testing how close they are to having that power. Because a whole lot of people have just jumped
off that cliff, with little or no coercion. That cliff is personal bankruptcy, and millions of people just
jumped, with no gun to their head, no law passed, no fine accessed, no cop at the door, no troops on the
streets. The entire world has just been robbed in broad daylight, and the victim just handed over his
purse with no struggle, no questions asked, and no use of force. All the victim had to do was say no,
but he wasn't up to it. 
Addendum July 3: As it turns out, even as I was writing this, a court ruling was being reported in the
mainstream press in Illinois, where a Circuit Court has thrown out the Governor's executive orders on
Covid as null and void, and also as grossly unconstitutional. Confirming what I say about Covid
above. The ACLU was not involved in the suit. It was brought by State Representative Darren Bailey,
but applies to all citizens of Illinois. Despite that, the Chi
cago Tribune and other mainstream media
outlets are reporting today that all these voided orders will be enforced during the July 4 holiday. In
other words, the fascists are simply ignoring this judge's ruling, pretending it didn't just happen. Which
is again grossly illegal and unconstitutional. The Tribune says,
Mayor [of Chicago] Lori Lightfoot had a sharp warning for bars and restaurants that do not
follow the guidelines. “If you squander this opportunity, we will shut you down and you will
not reopen anytime soon,” the mayor told holders of liquor licenses during a conference call
this week. 
Like Governor Pritzker, this Mayor Lightfoot seems to have a poor understanding of the law, and of the
English language. She apparently can't read a simple ruling from a judge. Her threat is null and void,
and she has just opened herself up to a lawsuit for harassment and Civil Right violations, as has the
Chicago Tribune. Citizens of Illinois should not only mob the parks and beaches, ignoring all social
distancing rules, all businesses should immediately reopen, including bars. Anyone arrested or hassled
in any way by police should sue the city, the state, and the Chicago Tribune. Harassing citizens with
illegal orders by spreading fear is highly illegal itself, being the very definition of Civil Rights
violations. Your primary right as a US citizen is to be free of illegal orders. The government
threatening you with bankruptcy or other violence is harassment, pure and simple, and whether or not
you are actually arrested is beside the point. You have already been harassed simply by listening to
these empty threats from the Governor, the Mayor, and the media. Just by reading the newspaper or
the story on the internet, you have standing for a lawsuit, since you have thereby been harassed by your
government. 
Actually, on closer reading, it appears the Mayor's “sharp warning” came before the court ruling, which
may mean it is only the Chicago Tribune spreading confusion, fear, and misinformation on purpose.
That paper is publishing this sharp warning after they have published the court ruling, so they should
know the sharp warning is null. But they are pretending not to know that, and hoping you don't notice.
As more indication of that, we see that the paper has lifted the paywall on this article, hoping it will be
read by as many as possible, and that they will mistakenly believe Mayor Lightfoot's sharp warning is
still in effect. 
Addendum July 7: I have continued to research this. Illinois Governor Pritzker is defying this court
order, hiring his people in the media to spread false information stating the ruling does not apply to all
of Illinois. The media is reporting that he planned to appeal on Monday, which was yesterday, but he
didn't. In fact, he has already previously tried to appeal to the Illinois Supreme Court on this case more
than a month ago, and lost. But even if he did appeal, he is expected to follow the ruling until and
unless he wins the appeal. Legally, you cannot just ignore a court order, even if you are the Governor.
Illinois media is trying to blackwash this judge by leading every story by calling him a “downstate”
judge. There is no such thing as a downstate judge. A judge is a judge, and you can't legally respond
to a court order by slandering the judge. In other stories, fake legal experts are hired to tell you there is
confusion here, but there is no confusion except the confusion they are being hired to spread. They
themselves should be sued for spreading false legal information, since they are clearly doing it with
malice to US law. This is just more proof the legal system doesn't apply to the fascists actually running
the country. They do whatever they want, including ignoring court orders. They then hire people to lie
in the media. 
The US Supreme Court has already been asked to intervene in similar appellate trials, but has refused
to get involved. That tells you who owns them. But some good news: the Wisconsin Supreme Court
struck down Governor Tony Evers' executive orders way back on May 13. Here is what he looks like,
just so you know:

Another creepy Jew trying to rule you via unconstitutional orders. He is famous for having a problem
with Christmas trees, calling them “holiday” trees. He is the first governor of Wisconsin to fly a gay
pride flag over the Capitol, so we know what his top priorities are. And yes, Evers is a Jewish name. 
The Supreme Court of Wisconsin ruling plays in here, because the ACLU got involved, coming in on
his side against you. They sharply criticized the Wisconsin Supreme Court for upholding the
Constitution, and expecting Wisconsin government to work through its legislature. 
Evers also lost his bid to postpone the primary election in April. The Wisconsin Supreme Court
slapped him down. That didn't work in Ohio, where Governor Mike DeWine, another creepazoid,
defied a court order and closed the polls back in May anyway. He later lied in the press outright,
saying “It was not a specific court order”. Except that it was. And Trump let him do it. Trump could
have ordered the National Guard sent in to enforce the court order, as they did back in the 50s and 60s
to force Governors in the South to obey the law. He didn't. He just waffled, saying closing polls
illegally “wasn't very good”. 
DeWine claims to be a Catholic. Yeah, right. He is also about five feet tall. If you believe he is

In the article, we learn that 
Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine and Chabad Columbus Rabbi Areyah Kaltmann stood together to
honor Jewish culture and heritage at a menorah lighting Dec. 23 at the governor’s residence
in Bexley. . . A little over two weeks ago, on the unseasonably warm and sunny afternoon, the
governor and the rabbi met to perform a very special mitzvah together: lighting a menorah
and celebrating Chanukah.
Catholic governors always do that, right? 
But anyway, as it turns out, Wisconsin is also ignoring its own Supreme Court, since starting July 1,
Dane County (Madison) shut down the bars again on order of the local health department. As if the
local health department can trump the State Supreme Court, or overrule them. It is unclear to me why
bar owners in Madison are following this illegal order. They should just reopen and tell the health
department to go soak its head. If fines are assessed, they should refuse to pay them. There is no way
the police are going to shut down these bars by force given a Supreme Court ruling against them. The
police are sworn to uphold the Constitution, so they should be shutting down the Madison City Council
and the Mayor's Office by force. 
These cases like the one in Wisconsin are also being spun by liars, who are saying the judges are
politically motivated, are legislating, and are overstepping authority. All that is just an obvious
reversal. It is the Governors who are guilty of all that, and the judges are simply trying to prevent this
astonishing overstep by the executive. That is clear as a bell to anyone awake. And yet we know the
media is flush with these paid liars, who are happy to turn the truth on its head for a small paycheck.
For them, as for the Bushes, the Constitution is “just a goddamn piece of paper”. Anytime it gets in
their way they just ignore it, or spin it 180 degrees by lying right to your face. 
Here is just one website of thousands spinning you on this question. I hit them only because they come
up first on my search. Their author is trying desperately to link this to the Civil War and Lincoln to
manufacture some sympathy from the reader, but fails miserably. He wants you to believe politically
motivated judges are the big danger right now, which just means he wants no one to question the
authority of Governors, who are making all the law right now via illegal executive orders. He leads
you around all over the place, waving his flags, but keeps you as far away from that point as possible:
Governors are NOT supposed to make laws, according to the US Constitution and all State
Constitutions. That question is not up for interpretation or discussion. Legislatures make laws, hence
the name LEGislature. From the Latin lex/legis, meaning law/of the law. State Legislatures also have
access to all of the same information the Governors have, concerning the dangers of Covid, so why
aren't they making laws? Why are Governors making laws? Because the State Legislatures are
supposed to be direct representatives of the people, and apparently they don't feel these laws are
necessary. So they are just being bypassed. It is much easier for Bill Gates and the Federal Reserve to
buy off 50 Governors than to buy off thousands of State Senators and Representatives, so that is what
we are seeing. We are seeing legislatures mothballed in favor of fascist and illegal rule by Governors.
They are simply pretending Governors have this authority, though they do not. The media tells you the
Governors and Mayors have this authority, when they do not. It is basically a big bluff, but if you
believe it and act on it, it is all the same. At that point they have you. If you will obey illegal orders,
then they can just dispense with the law and the Constitution, ruling you through fear and bluff. If you
will do anything you are told with no laws to back it up, you are then what? A SLAVE. Not just like a
slave, but a slave by the definition of the word. If you are ruled by fear and force, with no laws and no
representation by a legislature, you are a slave. Period. 
In fact, you are even lower and more ignorant than any slave, since you have just been ruled with no
force applied. You have obeyed not because someone had a gun to your head or a whip to your back,
but because you were fooled by some jackass university writer or talking head on the news, who lied
right to your face and convinced you it was patriotic to act like a slave. There is little shame in being a
slave by force—as with a plantation slave before the Civil War—since your ability to resist is small.
But your shame could not be greater, since you have accepted your little cage with no force applied,
and no attempt to resist. You have agreed to your own enslavement, and you are foolish enough to feel
superior for it. I honestly don't know who is more despicable: those who rule this way, or those who
are ruled this way.
