Why I don't allow empty chatter in my messaging

Someone just sent me 10 messages, each 1 word in length, and I got pretty upset about it. Yet at the same time, I got pro-active and decided to explain to that person why I don't allow such empty messages in my communication. She thankfully understood my position, so I kept her as a friend.

Lybia- to stop African gold backed dinar

Syria, Palestine, Jordan - Grater Isreli project

Ukraine - massive money laundering

Iran - to collapse world economy and demote US to the secondary power
Let's see: "unlawful... [when] disfavors an individual... on the basis of... perceived... genetic information... or other." Clown laws. I wonder if this law is illegal.
This has already happened. So, one of the outcomes of the current war is that the US becomes a more profitable seller of petroleum products.
