The no alcohol implementation is for gaining muscle: I'm jealous of all the buffy guys around who are packed, and I want to be the same. And it's for the ladies. And of course there is the health positive outcome, lack of chest pain. So I'm looking for positive outcome on molecular level - muscle strength is all about protein, right? And clear lungs, stronger cardiovascular also sounds like a protein-level outcome.

Okay just from the title: USA is nationalizing oil companies now? Since when does the guvmt "direct" private enterprises to do something? Nationalization of Exxon next? Oh wait, it won't be necessary. There is no distinction between public and private sector already - for the big club, which you ain't in it. Reminde me, what's the word for it, where there is no distinction between public and private sector?
