A life blood analysis
I was hoping to see nanotechnology in my blood (after the covid jab). But so far, I only see blood and white blood cells. I'll work on improving the video quality and resolution, to see the details better. For now though, I'm happy I've made it this far, to recording live blood.

This quick writeup provides some info as to what y'all's paddle's length should be.
After going kayaking on the river every week for a while, I've noticed that I've been wanting a longer paddle. I want my strokes to be longer and I want to be able to put more force into each, without having to switch sides all the time. I'm 6' and decided to move from a 86" to a 95" paddle - I'll keep y'all posted how it goes!

It took several months (less than a year) but I'm noticeably bringing down my blood sugar level. It seems diet plays a more important role here than does exercise, although I can't imagine improving one and not the other.

France shuts down half of their nuclear capacity
I don't think it's due to solar out-performing. News says the reactors are down for maintenance / corrision repairs. I'm afraid the anti-nuclear movement is political: successful nuclear would obsolete the climate change stuff. Whether they say they shut down nuclear because solar outperforms, or because there is corrosion, is besides the point.
I would hope energy prices go negative on good days! That's the excess energy you can feed into AI and crypto mining.

Here we go, the un-humans are outlawing food. I'm sure we'll still be allowed to eat diabetes (sugar) and engine lubricant (canola and soy).

The methdology of calculating the grift value is as follows. Take the internally evaluated grift metric, which ranges from -1 (actual truth) to 1 (complete sabotage), add 1, divide by two, multiply by ten, and round.
Judge Napolitano promotes events that are high manufactured, as true.
Author is likely pursuing his own (or someone's) specific political agenda. Which may or may not be bad but in this case, it is a factor in the evaluation.
Author is a doomer, talking of an impending collapse, militarily and otherwise - but things have been going on for hundreds of years and only accelerating. The doom-and-gloom attitude of the author contributes to the evaluation.
