Well, the free and open replacement for Photoshop is Krita, not Gimp. Gimp has always been an ugly, irrational abomination. It never worked and it drove its users to depression. I tried using it once.

Aren't those things obsolete? They are very expensive and those things are overwhelmed by cheaper decoy missiles. Every ballistic missile carries a bunch of decoys with it. So making these Patriots is literally throwing money away.
