Nvidia agrees to acquire Hugging Face for $13B

Nvidia has reportedly agreed to acquire AI platform Hugging Face for approximately $13 billion. The deal would give Nvidia control of one of the world's leading hubs for open-source AI models, datasets and developer tools.
The acquisition would be among Nvidia's largest and further expand its influence beyond AI chips into the software ecosystem. Neither company had officially confirmed the deal at the time of publication.
