Announcing newsletter subscriptions: daily, weekly, monthly digests
After months of delay, I am pleased to announce the implementation of email newsletters at Wasya.Co and Piousbox.com
Currently, there are two subscriptions that actually work: the daily-digest, and the monthly-digest. Since the majority of social and marketing sites developed by WasyaCo use Drupal, their form and structure tend to be very similar. As such, the same functionality can be reused across multiple sites. Given that a lot of the social content is automatically generated (for example: generative AI "art", or the steady drip of news memes aged 1 year), it makes sense to be able to get a summary of all posted content. This is especially useful if you don't want to check my website(s) every day, but still want to be in the know if something interesed was posted there.
Email newsletters to the rescue! The digest simply takes all content published in the last week (day, month) and send subscribers an email with dates and titles and links to the articles. Very simple but (1) it can be improved later, for example by adding images or a multi-column layout, and equally importantly, (2) it actually works.

So I invite anyone to subscribe to my digests. In the current structure, you can even unsubscribe from them with one click (unline from the defensive ping emails, those cannot be unsubscribed from).

The layout and style of the email will be changed later -
currently, the reliability is being tested.
wasya.co content gets posted much slower than piousbox.com because at WasyaCo, I post strictly about digital development, whereas Piousbox is a political commentary site with a lot of regurgitated content. I recommend daily or weekly subscription on Piousbox, and monthly subscription on WasyaCo.
