The no alcohol implementation is for gaining muscle: I'm jealous of all the buffy guys around who are packed, and I want to be the same. And it's for the ladies. And of course there is the health positive outcome, lack of chest pain. So I'm looking for positive outcome on molecular level - muscle strength is all about protein, right?
