The deal closes as Boston Dynamics' Atlas humanoid robot enters commercial deployment and the broader humanoid race intensifies against Tesla Optimus and Figure AI. SoftBank exits to redeploy capital toward its $41 billion OpenAI bet and AI infrastructure.
